Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully

All quotes are done free of charge and with no obligation to order. If you do not have any art work we can design your costume for you. However, a design fee will be charged for all costume drawings done by our designer. This is refunded off the final costing once a purchase order has been recived. Any change to art work after the purchase order and final price has been agreed can result in a change to the final price. (A stroke of the artist pen can result on another days work for our makers!)

A purchase order is required from the customer before any project can begin.

All customers are require to sign a Dot's Loft commission agreement before the project can begin.

A desposit of 50% is required before the project can begin. Unless agreed previously the balance is required on collection of the costume. No costumes will leave our studios without the balance being paid in full. All costumes remain the property of Dot's Loft Ltd until full and final payment has been recived and cleared. BACs details are included on all invoices.

Any defects must be reported to Dot's Loft Ltd within 2 working days of final collection. The costume must be returned to our studios in it's orginal state where our makers can rectify any problems. If a maker is needed on location Dot's Loft reserve the right to charge a call out fee.
